- 2024 - 2025 Registration Fees:
  $40 for 1 child, $60 for 2 children, $80 for 3 or more from the same household.
  Registration Fees can be paid with cash or check made payable to St. Elizabeth Parish. Please place in the Weekly Collection Basket or mail to the Rectory at 181 Hubbard St., Ludlow.
  PLEASE NOTE: Students registering for Confirmation Prep Year 3 must meet certain requirements based on their attendance at Faith Formation Classes or Catholic School prior to receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation. If your child has NOT attended Confirmation Prep Year 1 and 2, or has not attended Catholic Elementary or High School, please contact Lisa Saloio or Michele Witowski at the Rectory at 583-3467 as soon as possible. Please see the Faith Formation page of our website for more details on specific requirements.
