2023 MEAT PIE ORDER FORM INSTRUCTIONS

Orders taken and filled " first come, first served" . . . while supplies last.
Each individual size pie is $5.00.
Place orders on form below or by calling the rectory (beginning September 19th)
at 583-3467 (between 8:30am and 4:00 pm) or the pastoral center (beginning October 11th) at 547-0239. You will receive an EMAIL CONFIRMATION for your order.
Pick up your order on the St. Elizabeth Parish Campus at the St. John the Baptist Pastoral Center, 201 Hubbard Street, Ludlow, MA., between 11:30 am and 1:30pm or 2:30pm and 5:00pm. (Orders of 50 or more pies require a designated afternoon time slot.)
Orders must be paid in full at the time of pick up - by cash or check made out to St. Elizabeth Parish. We are sorry but we cannot accept credit or debit cards.
